Hard to say he's failed everywhere. Won promotion and a cup at Rangers, got Brentford promoted and then following season to the play offs, taken QPR on a massive upward surge.
Apparently his coaching focus is on enjoyable training sessions the players buy into.
Seems a good appointment to me.

Have to laugh at the opinions on WHO sometimes
“Failed at every job”
Rangers promoted to premier league and won the cup too
Got Brentford promoted then to 5th in play offs next season
Turned around a QPR team from relegation battlers to comfortable mid table, whilst dealing with losing Eze and lots of injuries too
Hardly a failure

His failed in every management post his had .
Maybe just coaching is his thing and sounds a Moyes type of bloke
so should fit in which can only be a positive.

I've never been convinced that no 2's, coaches etc ultimately make any difference to a result on a Saturday afternoon, but on the face of it this looks a good appointment.
